We are a boutique personal injury law firm located in the heart of the Sydney CBD. After nearly two decades working in a larger firm, our Founder Mary Moloney began MTM Legal in 2014 to offer the best in accident and injury legal services and advice, with a personable and approachable touch.

Principal Solicitor Mary Moloney will be involved in your case from beginning to end. Our office is easily accessible but we are also happy to travel to you at your home, office, or in hospital. We understand that suffering an injury or loss can be stressful and confusing, which is why we always act with professionalism and compassion. Ensuring our clients understand their position, we take the time to explain the complexities of the law to create a collaborative relationship where you feel valued and understood.

The process?

Every claim looks slightly different, however here is a rough outline of what you can expect if you choose to contact MTM Legal.

  1. Call our Principal Solicitor Mary at (02) 9252 8824 to find out if you need a lawyer. Strict time limits may apply to your case, so don’t delay.
  2. We will arrange to meet with you in person/over zoom to take a detailed history of your injury.
  3. We will collect evidence on your behalf.
  4. We will wait for your condition to stabilise so we know what to claim for.
  5. We will work with you to attempt to negotiate a settlement.
  6. If unable to negotiate a settlement, we will proceed to a court trial. In reality, few claims reach this step and most are finalised at settlement.

At all points in the process we will ensure you feel valued and understood, and that you understand how the law applies to your situation.

WE WILL TRAVEL TO YOU TO START YOUR CLAIM

If you are in hospital or stuck at home, we will arrange a time to visit with you to get your claim started. An inability to visit us in our city office is in no way a barrier to the legal support you deserve.

IF YOU DON’T WIN, YOU DON’T PAY

We operate under a ‘no win, no fee’ system of work. If your claim is unsuccessful, we don’t charge a cent. And we don’t get paid until you do.
